Third party apps

[AC Question]

I have a charging issue which I'm now certain is caused by a third party app. My phone won't charge but having followed instructions to try and charge in safe mode - it charges again.

Now I'm stuck as forums tell me a third party app is blocking the normal charge ... I'm not very good with technology so I've no idea what these third party apps are, where to find them or how to fix this.

Can anyone help?

Hi, welcome to the forums! What phone and Android version do you have? Do you have any battery saver or optimiser app installed in your phone? What about any tasker or RAM manager app? Those could be my first suspects. If you have any uninstall it and see if it makes a difference.
