Phone app is gone from Android phone.

The camera app is gone from my phone. It isn't under APPS or all apps or anywhere. I don't know how to find disabled apps.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is it the Phone app or the Camera app, or both?

Go to Settings>Apps>Disabled and look for Phone or Camera there. Select it, then tap Enable. Depending on the phone and the Android version, the Disabled apps might be located at the bottom of the Settings>Apps>All​ list.
