Why is my Note 3 Neo getting heated up ????

[AC Question]

Every time I charge my Note 3 Neo or play some game on it it starts getting hot.The upper part of my phone and screen get hot.I searched for every possible way to cool it down like rebooting, it updating it ,and even deleting my apps.But nothing seemed to work plz help me out.

Welcome to the forums. The device getting warm while in use or charging is normal. But hot as in how hot? Like you can't touch it?

Well, charging your phone usually makes your charger and phone warm, but not that hot. But playing games makes your phone get really hot. Especially for hexa and octa core processors.

Do you experience any abnormal battery drain? Poor network coverage/signal?
