how to fix my mobile network from disconnect to connect?

i have network signal, service state in service,roaming. my problem is just the mobile network state is disconnect...please help me!

It would really help if you would tell us what phone/provider you are discussing. Most phones have setting allowing/preventing the different aspects of network communicating - you may have the roaming feature turned off (to save you money, big money!). When I recently went to USA, my phone wouldn't connect to the local providers by my choice - I just stuck to free WiFi (thank you Starbucks!) and good enough. Check your Settings/Connections.
