Apps errors popping up , can't do anything with it

[AC Question]

I have a Verizon Motorola RAZR 4g, Verizon service is cancelled. Any how My sim card is gone too, i can't even launch anything on any apps or Google , if I try 20 or more pop ups, on Google play service, Google play, something process etc are wanting to close, force close, send report.. I'm so frustrated with this. I've tried factory reset now its saying I need a sim card, and I know I don't, Cuz it worked without it before. Please help. Thanks guys...Julie
