why my phone say no sin card, emergency call only?

When I changed my provider, I take out my old sin card and put another working sin card in. When I turn back on the phone, the message shows no sin card.

This is a network-unlocked device? Have you changed the APN settings? The new provider will probably be ready to help.

belodion is correct (of course ;-) ) - if your phone is locked to a specific carrier it won't recognize any other carrier's SIM card. Also - I had a Galaxy S3 that suddenly quit reading the SIM card - I bought a replacement mini-PCB for it (which handles the SIM and microSD) and plugged it in - problem solved (about $10 on eBay - of course I had to wait a couple of months, lol).
