Sounds like you have a dialer virus/malware. Go to playstore and download Malwarebytes, and an Antivirus program (Avira, Avast, Lookout, etc). Have the apps scan your phone and have them fix what they find.

If the dialer is also calling premium numbers besides other countries, you'll probably see a large phone bill soon. I would also contact your carrier to notify them about this and see if there is some way to block outgoing international calls if you don't actually make any of these.
