how can i teak off demo mode to motorola droid ultra? please

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get it brand new, refurbished or used?

If you can't find a demo mode setting in the System Settings, or a Demo Mode app in Settings>Apps>All, then the phone probably has a special demo ROM installed, since it was a floor model. In that case, you'd have to install the stock ROM (which would require rooting the phone).

Hi my father just bought a new droid turbo 2 and I can find the demo mode app in that setting you just mentioned, but the option to "disable" it is grayed out. Every time my father turns the phone off and then on again, the demo mode starts and then it starts again intermittently throughout the day. How can I fully disable or delete the demo app? The app is not located on the home screens anywhere that I can see.
