Disabled Setup Wizard because of a Trojan. What are the consequences?

I have a Galaxy Note 4. It has CM Security. Yesterday, it performed a scan and said that there was a Trojan in Setup Wizard and that I should disable it. I did that, but what are the consequences of disabling this app? I installed Stubborn Trojan Killer and scanned the phone. It says that No Stubborn Trojan Found In Your Phone! Should I enable Setup Wizard? I have no idea what to do!

Welcome to Android Central! Setup Wizard shouldn't be needed. It's hard to say how concerning that Trojan alert is, because false positives are fairly common with Android antivirus apps.
