Why is Samsung S5 Email App notifying me of incoming junk mail (in junk folder)

About a month ago I would only get notifications that I received an email in my inbox. Im now getting notifications when email is received in my junk folder. A week ago im now getting notifications when I move unopened email into a different folder for storage. Any way to change this its annoying getting junk mail notification. I didn't change any settings (most recent update of android as of Feb.18th, 2016)

Hi, welcome to the forums! What phone and email app are you using? In Gmail, for example, you can change notifications this way. Open the side menu, tap on settings, select the account, tap on manage labels and select the one you want to change.
