Need help gettting a subscription radio station to play on my Galaxy S2.

I am trying to play a subscription radio service on my (new & first) Galaxy S2 Tablet. I can play their freestream of music, but keep getting an error message when I try to log in and play the subscription music. The error is sign in and password related, although I know I am doing this correctly (repeated it many times and reset it). the app person hasn't been helpful, the radio station says they are able to log in as me.....I am wondering if it is the settings or something on the tablet Thanks for some assistance on this! I am at a loss, having tried all I can think of.

I would clear the data on the app. Unfortunately they would be best to troubleshoot since it may be an app issue on your device.
