I have an LG G4...I accidentally restricted background data on my gmail, and I can't undo it. Every time I go back to the settings menu and try to click on the gmail icon, I get the error "com.process.settings has unexpectedly stopped". So I can't unclick the restrict background data button.

I have tried restarting it, clearing all data, uninstalling gmail updates, clearing data specifically for the setting app...hasn't helped. Any other ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you universally Restrict Background Data, then turn off the restriction universally again?
