Hii... I would like to know.. Does a sim card is required to be in a phone, if want to block the phones imei code?? My phone got stolen.. And obviously my sim will never be in it.. So yeah I need to know if it's possible to block the phone without the sim card.

No. Also, once the IMEI has been blocked by the carrier, the phone will be unusable, either with the original SIM, or with any other.

Contact your carrier. They can blacklist the imei so that it can't be used by other carriers participating in the blacklist program.
