My Note 2 is frozen. Cannot boot it at all.

AC Question

Help! My Note 2 had been charging for a few hours, and before unplugging it, I noticed that the red charging light was still on. Once Unplugged, I attempted to use the phone but it was not responding. All the tricks were tried, pull the battery, attempt a soft boot and so on. Nothing has worked. Is there another trick to try, and if the device has crapped out, how can I retrieve my contact, notes and other info that is still locked onboard?

Could be the charger/cord didn't really charge the battery. Have you tried a different charger/cord?

If you're certain the battery isn't totally dead, press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds. Something should happen in that amount of time (the phone might turn on).

I have tried multiple cable and have even tried a spare, fully charged battery. The device does not respond when plugged into the laptop. Both myself and a provider clerk have tried a few things to revive it, but to no avail.
