Alcatel idol3 onetouch 5.5 with Lolipop ver 5.0.2, I, can't use my SD card, how do I??

Please Help, I have a Alcatel idol3 onetouch 5.5 with Lolipop ver 5.0.2, I have a 64 GB SD card in it, and settings says it’s mounted, but I’ve checked everything relative in phone settings, I can’t get the phone to use the card for data storage, or pictures, can you tell me how??

Welcome to Android Central! Some phones, but not all, have a setting in the System Settings to make the SD card the default save location. If you don't see that in the System Settings, then you have to rely on the individual apps to have that feature. And not all apps have that feature either. The Camera app typically does--open the Camera, tap Settings, and look for an option for Default Save Location.
