While I'm on a call with the speakerphone on, after a few minutes it will turn itself off. I actually see the SP button toggle itself off while I'm holding the phone and my fingers are nowhere near the button. I thought increasing touch sensitivity was causing this but it still happens when I turn this option off.

Why does this happen? It's frustrating because this seems to happen with every call, so I have to manually toggle the SP button back on and then ask the person on the other end to repeat themselves. I saw another post about this but I would like to avoid doing a factory reset.
