Why isn't Snapchat letting me login?

A

AC Question

I got a new phone, (Galaxy Note 5) and the first thing I did was download Snapchat. As I was trying to login to my account it was going to send a verification code, but to my old number. I tried doing the "forgot my password" and it let me put in my new number to verify but each time I pressed send via sms it kept saying "Bad Request" then I waited a week and tried again and now it's saying "Forbidden". I tried contacting Snapchat Support but of course nothing. Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution for it? If there is any solutions please let me know at [email address redacted by Mod]

It's the fastest way I'll be able to see replies. Thank you so much

You got a new phone, but with a different phone number? Did you switch carriers? Try going to the App Manager, select Snapchat, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
