My Galaxy S6 has all my mobile and laptop Chrome bookmarks, and they work fine.

My laptop Chrome has none. I don't know where they went, but it's not retrieving them from the phone.

When I signed into my wife's laptop, then back into my laptop, it took my wife's laptop's bookmarks.

Yet the S6 has everything I need, but not my laptop Chrome.

I've done everything I can find; signing out and in, stopping and restarting sync, laptop first then phone, everything.

The only thing that I can think of that I haven't done is grab the bookmarks.bak file from the phone, if it has one, and just replacing the laptop's one.

Someone out there must have another idea. Please help, I have a couple thousand bookmarks to save.

    Thanks,
    deChelca

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using Chrome on the S6, or some other browser?

In Settings>Accounts-Google>[your account], is Chrome checked on?
