I have a laptop running windows 8.1.
When I first got my LG Spirit last month I could transfer all my pictures and music easily. Now whenever I try, it is a hastle trying to get my laptop to even recognise it without the "Device has malfunctioned" notice. When it does and I can access all my files on my phone through my laptop, whenever I try to copy or transfer a file the copy bar freezes, and I get an error message stating that my device has stopped responding.
I have unblocked my usb drives so that they don't go into stasis mode, and tried device troubleshooting but so far nothing has worked. I also have all transfer media options on my phone checked. This has happened every single time.
