I had trouble with 'Google Play Store has Stopped' and reloading it didn't help, so I tried starting in 'Safe Mode', but the phone started looping a display of 'UI has stopped' and a blank screen, over and over. Could not shut it off other than battery removal. Attempted restarts of all sorts failed to exit this loop, so I took it to the dealer. They tried some stuff and it still wouldn't start, so sent me a new phone to put my SIM card in. That one arrived today, but I have to return the old one.
I don't want to send the old phone unless I can assure ALL of my information is removed, but I can't turn the phone on to erase it. Is there any other way to remove or erase everything on it...?
