I am a verizon customer and am planning on upgrading to the S7. I am currently eligible for an upgrade with my previous 2 year contract and am trying to figure out why anyone would switch to the "Verizon Plan" as opposed to just renewing for a new 2 year contract?
The 2 year contract price on the S7 is $199 versus $28/month for 24 months with the Verizon Plan.
I currently have 4 gigs on my data plan so I would be bumped up to 6 on the Verizon Plan for an almost identical price (for the plan only) but I never go over 4 so that isn't a big deal.
I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything before I signed up for another 2 year contract. (Remember, there are no stupid questions...haha)
