Having trouble getting text and email notifications [Tag Connected - LG Urbane 2]

[AC Question]

Just got the Tag Connected...I have the LG Urbane 2. I can't get notifications from texts for emails, even though I have checked all the usual settings. I have restarted the watch and the Samsung S6. I did a factory reset. I get my calendar and the weather. The Tag has frozen twice so far. The watch shows as connected in the Wear app, but doesn't show up in the Bluetooth menu, although I am connected. Weird.
