I have tried copying the files using several apps from Google Play but either the USB stick doesn't display or there isn't a copy/paste option. Please keep in mind I don't have access to a computer.

    Download Astro File Manager.
Navigate to the file(s) you wise to move.
    Long press and select copy/move
Now click on the ⬅ in the top left hand corner by the file folder icon.
You should be able to select the OTG device from there.
If not, use the ⬆ near top left by the SD card to navigate all the way back and find the OTG device there.

Hello, AplphaTango414 So I installed the app but after I copied the folder which contains my files, I wasn't able to locate my USB stick.
