HTC One M8 Stuck in Bootloop after trying to update CM13

[AC Question]

So I was on a cm 13 nightly and saw an update available. I downloaded it and hit install. But after that, my phone went black. When I try to reboot it, it is now continuously flashing an extremely dim white screen. Same thing happens when I try to get the bootloader up. It goes to the initial boot screen which says entering recovery, but then starts flashing a dim white screen every 4-5 seconds. Please help.
