Samsung galaxy S6 call issues

[AC Question]

Sometimes when making or receiving call the phone echoes everything I say and same on the other end the person talking to me when responding to me it echoes everything they say

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone in a case? Make sure nothing is blocking the secondary noise-cancelling mic (which is on the top edge of the phone).
