LG-G4 Frozen Screen

[AC Question]

My LG-G4 is Froze while using it so i soft reset. The screen then flickered the lg logo, then AT&T's logo, then went black. I can hear my notifications in the background, but cannot turn on the screen. It was working perfectly fine, and no physical damage to the device.
