unlocked Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on at&t plan. No data

[AC Question]

I have an unlocked Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
I can use wifi when im at home, but the minute I leave, it stops working.
I have absolutely no data. I cant use navigation, apps, nothing but texting and calling.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to try? I already did what it said on the AT&T site, and a few other things...

Did you create a new APN with the AT&T APN settings?
