why i can't receive notification when any body message in whatsup and hike only

I can't get notification when any body message in whatsup and hike when i am return to home screen. After enter into whatsapp and hike then only i can see who are all message me.

Try going in to the settings of the apps to make sure you have the notifications turned on.
