Broken Touch Screen And Digitizer Samsung Galaxy Tab 4

My tablet screen broke and the touch screen is no longer responsive. The tablets works just fine and the resolution is fine too it just doesn't do anything when I touch the screen. I got an estimate on it even brought it in and they said it would be $55 to fix. Is this reasonable and a good price? They have awesome yelp ratings.
