Unfortunately ... Has stopped

[AC Question]

Keep getting these messages one after the other every few seconds on the s3, task manager, Google+, contacts, Playstore etc. I've cleared the caches, uninstalled messenger which I can't now reinstall as messenger 'has stopped'. Can't clear ram as can't go into task manager as it 'has stopped'!! Help please? I've tried to uninstall Google+ and it has disappeared from the all apps list, but it still comes up on the messages...unfortunately Google+ has stopped!

That happened to my sister's GS4, the only way I've fixed it was by doing a factory reset.
If you go that route, save all your data from your phone to an external source first.

Ugh, mine just starting doing this today too. There has to another option other than a factory reset
