Remove pre-installed apps from my Samsung Galaxy S6

I'd like to remove unused apps (such as Peel) from my Samsung Galaxy S6. I've uninstalled the apps I don't use and never will, however, they are still there and every so often they get "updated" and reinstalled on my phone. Also, some of them keep restarting repeatedly even though I've turned them off. Thanks!!

The only way to uninstall those apps is to unlock the bootloader/root the device which, unfortunately, is rather difficult and time consuming on a Samsung device.
