    Ok so Marshmallow was pushed out to me 2 days ago and now my email takes FOREVER to sync. It sits there for minutes with the line flashing left to right. I checked with one of the app developers who's app also stopped working with email and was told that the email app was changed by Samsung and no longer works like the the previous version.

    Anyone else having slow email issues and has anyone found a fix?

    Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Have you already tried removing your email account from the Email app, then adding it back again? Or wiping the system cache partition?

    I have the same issue with my S6 edge. The MS Exchange email app got totally paralysed after Marshmallow replaced the previos OS...

    Try clearing the app cache. Go to settings, apps, all apps, find the app and clear the cache.

    Same problem here with galaxy S5, I've tried clearin the cache and even wipin the cache partition (this solved me the connection problem) However, the sync doesn't seems to be working, just looping...

    Hi all!
    I've turned the power save mode off and suddenly all the data came back!!!
    So, the solution is:
    1) Clearing the cache app
    2) Wiping the cache partition - http://www.solvemix.com/index.php/an...ache-partition
    3) setting the exchange again
    4) switch off the power saving

    Hope it helps you as did with me!
