Issues updating to Marshmallow on Droid Turbo 2

[AC Question]

So while I was out my phone tried to download the 6.0 update (without asking me if I wanted to update) , but ended the downloading because I wasn't on wifi. When I got home, I connected to wifi and went to the System Update options in settings. It is showing that the download has failed, but when I check for a system update it says that my software is up to date even though I am not on 6.0 . I've also tried clearing the cache and that hasn't helped either. This is my first time trying to update an Android phone so sorry if this has an obvious answer, Thanks.

I am having the same issue as well. I show nothing in my notification bar.

Having the same issue. Completely reset the phone and went into settings/update and it still says the download failed...

Fellas, I am using the Verizon Software Upgrade assistant and its allowing me to update.

Try using the Verizon software upgrade assistant - it worked for me when I ran into this problem today.

Its so simple . Plug and Play. Just a couple of instructions to follow. I don't have enough posts to share the link.
