<Alcatel Fierce Xl> My battery drains faster then it can charge, with no apps running.

[AC Question]

Media Sever is pulling 74% and Media is pulling 51%...and I feel like I have tried everything. Unmounting Sd card and reboot phone
Moved 100 plus pictures and music to laptop
cleaning out dead files
I try force stopping certain apps and restarting them or just disabling them.....and nothing different..
what else can I do??...I want my phone back!

It could be the battery.
Have you replaced it?
If you already saved all your data from the phone to an external source, do a factory reset.

I factory reset..It has to be the battery...still dropping while in charge...and you can not replace battery for this phone..built in....I looked it up and theres a warranty for the battery...6 months...and I just got the phone 3 months. So can I go to the carrier and get a new and they send this one in?
