all apps, the phone is lg g4 and the android version is 6 .0....i have just seen the internet limit is at blocked. i make it upper and still not working

Thanks for registering and welcome as a new member! Does it happen with WiFi, mobile data or both? Make sure in your data usage settings that the "restrict background data" is unchecked for the Play Store. If nothing works you could clear cache and data for the Play Store in settings - apps and then restart your phone.

uninstall the google play store and reinstall it solved my problem. thank you
