com.sec.android.flashbarservice Notification???

[AC Question]

I recently(today) got a notification that said, "Unfortunately, com.sec.android.flashbarservice has stopped working." I was only able to use my phone by pushing the physical buttons. When i tried to use the screen like swiping or doing anything on it, it wouldn't work, the screen was pretty much disabled, although i was able to quick launch the camera by double pressing the home button. When i tried to restart my phone by holding down the power button, well i guess they don't let you do that.... I was to bring up the power options but couldn't tap them. What does this mean? Do i have a virus, or is it some sort of glitch with 5.1.1 Lollipop?
