I have been looking for anything that would indicate how to delete cookie jam but I haven't found it.

Welcome to the forums! Which device do you have? Did you download it from the Play Store? Can't you uninstall it from settings - apps - cookie jam?

I have cookie jam as well, and I think I speak for the OP and myself when I say it is a factory default app. Removal from the app store is not an option, nor is it possible in app settings. Really need help

I recently bought phones for my kids and this was a pre-installed app. Which means without root you cannot uninstall it, but you can disable it with your app manager in settings. By disabling it it won't run and it won't appear in your app drawer.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with VidJunky about Disabling the app, if you can. Which device do you have?
