On everything else the time has updated but on the weather widget on the home screen it's still an hour behind.

I noticed the time didn't reset on mine also. I continued to Google and now mine is fixed.
Click on the city that you have on the widget by the weather and it will go to weather. When u get there, select the city again, it will bring you to the ones you have entered. I then held on to my location and deleted it; once it goes away, select ADD city and it will search your location. As soon as it refreshed my area, the time corrected itself. Hope this helps.

Sounds like a soild way to fix it. You could first check the settings to see if there is an option for day light saving time.

I have a note 4 and tried to follow the above instructions, don't know if it was that that helped, or if restarting my phone fixed it, either way mine is now fixed!

I had the same experience until I pressed the weather update symbol on the widget, instantly the weather and date were both upddated on the home screen.
