when i call somebody i can hear there voice but they cant..

Welcome to Android Central! Can they hear you if you use speakerphone, or wired/Bluetooth headsets? If so, then there's something wrong with the phone's primary mic. Check to see if the mic opening is clogged with any debris. If not, then you may have to get the mic replaced.
