Why does my android phone not have an Arizona Time Zone as a choice?

Every time daylight savings time starts or stops, I have to reset my time because the Arizona Time Zone is not available on my Android phone. I realize this is only twice a year, but no one else has to reset their times. I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone with Lollipop installed. I use Verizon.
