    i was using samsung galaxy j7 which had zero lag and maximum battery performance yet yesterday when i began to use my phone which i does by unlocking it , phone doesnt responded anything at all seemed to be like switched off then i tried to switch it on bt that didnt worked well, then i tried it many times everything went in vain.
    bt phone was having approx 69% charge before hand, so the prblm should nt be with the battery bt again after reaching home i plugged it to charge then also negative response frm my phone. it was only about 6 months due which i had bought this product.
    i would like to know what exactly happened to my phone i mean how can a better product from a manufactutrer like samsung gives it customer a piece of ****.

    Have you contacted Samsung customer support?

    Did you do the master/factory reset? You should still be able to take it to the store and return it for another one of that doesn't work.
