note 5 random vibrate

The past two days my galaxy note 5 has been randomly vibrating. It is not a phantom, I have all notifications off, I have restarted 10 time, cleared cache, have cleared out all junk, and did a virus scan. I am afraid it is a hardware issue but want to know if anyone has any ideas other than completely starting over.

Do you have NFC on and a name tag with an RFID in it?

NFC was on, but no info loaded. I never set up Google pay, Samsung pay or any of those. I turned NFC off and it still vibrates every minute or so that I am using the phone.

I just went and turned the vibrate level to notifications to zero and it stopped. Odd because I have each app set to off and on top of that all notifications to off.
