phone did work great all sudden now im getting Restricted acces changed,voice service blocked,

my phone is an LG,from metroc pc,i just got it, but was having the same problem with my other one an it was only few months old so thats why i got new one,thought it was something wrong with phone sence i have dropped it,can you please help ,hardly any signal sitting in same room with wifi an most time no 4 g an always getting dropped calls,,thank you

The hardware on the LG is not stable, I had the same issue with Cricket. Try downloading a wifi signal strength app to see if theres anything wrong with the router as well. best case you take it and get it replaced.
