Ease us mobisaver is saying that my debugging is not active.

I am trying to recover some photos that were deleted from my samsung galaxy s5. I've downloaded the ease us mobisaver for android 4.5.
When I start to connect my mobile the program recognizes my phone but when I try to start scanning it tells me that I need to turn on my debugging. But that is already ON.
HELP

The sw only supports Android versions up to KitKat. I would guess your OS is at least Lollipop so you may have compatibility issues. Also Samsungs are picky with cables. Make sure you use the one that came with the device.
