Galaxy S7 constant restart!

[AC Question]

Anyone else having this problem?

Since day one, having issues with the phone suddenly restarting itself..sometimes twice an hour, 7 or eight times a day?

No apps installed yet..removed my new 200 GB card..reseat the SIM..nothing.

Guys at AT&T store were clueless although he noticed phone getting warm after only a few minutes of being powered up.

Any thoughts?

Factory reset the device and see if that helps. Setup with your account information and don't allow the account to restore previously backed up settings and apps. Let us know how that work.

Welcome to the forums. I would suggest an exchange. Something doesn't seem right with the software.
