Will Samaung Galaxy A7 work in another location?

Hello,
I want buy a new mobile phone Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016), but i couldn't find him in europe shops. So i want to buy him from Asia, concretly from Russia. And here comes the problem: Will work LTE, GMS and UMTS in Europe? Because in Russia, if i'm not wrong, is different frequency than in Europe.
