Permission problem Marshmallow Droid 2

[AC Question]

I recently upgraded to Marshmallow. I also got the update for Truecaller. When I try to set permissions, I get a message to go back to Setting and turn off drawing over apps. I've done that. When I get back to the Permissions and try to change anything, I get the same error message. I noticed the same thing happen with Lightflow, so it's not an app issue, but a system one. I have restarted my phone, but no luck. Any advice?
