How do you transfer music from CDs to a galaxy s5?

I tried myself to just transfer the music files to my phone but it is saying that they are not playable music files.

You would have to rip the songs from the CD to your computer and then convert them to a format your phone will recognize... like .mp3, and then import the songs to your phone. There are a ton of free rippers and converters on the internet.

Just thought about it... there might even be an app that could do it for you. Search Playstore. Or, maybe someone else might come along and mention one.
