How do I get wi fi to work on galaxy s7

[AC Question]

When I am connected to the wifi at home, my Galaxy s7 (Sprint) doesn't load or update any apps. I can't get my new emails, update Facebook or browse the web. When I turn off the wifi and just use theLTE network it works much better. I never had this issue with my old Galaxy s4. Any suggestions?
