My husband accidently ran over my Galaxy 4 the other day is there a way to get my S Memo notes back?

I had most of my information backedup to Cloud, however my S Memo was not and I have alot of notes on there. Is there a way to get that back? I have tried Kies and unfortunately the phone was in my muddy driveway so the USB isn't really working. When I plug it into the computer, the computer doesn't recognize it, however the phone itself vibrates and seems like it might be charging (the light at the top left is on). Any suggestions?
